Frequently Asked Questions

I’m not sure what to book?

All cosmetic tattooing is a two part procedure. Your initial appointment is your consult, mapping of and design of the tattoo, anesthetic application and initial procedure.

4-8 weeks after your initial treatment, you will need a Perfection visit, or Touch Up.

This is where we touch up your tattoo to ensure that it is perfect, we can adjust colours, tweak design and most importantly, ensure that you are happy with your tattoo.

Annual colour boosts are to keep your tattoo looking fresh, crisp & perfect.

Colour boosts within 18 months from your last visit are offered at a discounted rate.

This is only available for existing clients.

After 18 months, your colour boosts are offered at the initial appointment price.

This is also available for those who have been tattooed by another artist.

Does it hurt?

Local anaesthetic is used on the treatment area prior to tattooing. This minimises the pain and most clients feel quite comfortable throughout the appointment. Due to current regulations; the numbing cream needs to be purchased by the client. Further information regarding anaesthetics is available on booking.
