Helpful Information

I’m not sure what to book?

All cosmetic tattooing is a two part procedure. Your initial appointment is your consult, mapping and design, anesthetic application and initial process.

4-8 weeks after your initial treatment, you will need a Perfection visit, or Touch Up. This is where we touch up your tattoo to ensure that it is perfect and that you are happy with your tattoo.

Annual colour boosts are to keep your tattoo looking fresh, crisp & perfect.

Colour boosts within 18 months from your last visit are offered at a discounted rate.

This is only available for existing clients.

After 18 months, your colour boosts are offered at the initial appointment price.

This is also available for those who have been tattooed by another artist.

Does it hurt?

Local anaesthetic is used on the treatment area prior to tattooing. This minimises the pain and most clients feel quite comfortable throughout the appointment. Due to regulations, this needs to be purchased by you, more information regarding this is available on booking.

How long does it last?

It varies. Most clients will sit around the 12-24 months mark, some longer.
We offer annual colours boosts to keep your tattoo looking fresh.

How long does it take?

On average, most appointments are 2 hours

Will my hair be removed?

No, thankfully! The idea of cosmetic tattooing is to work with the hair to get the most natural looking tattoo possible. Occasionally, stray hairs may be removed so there is no maintenance during your healing process.

Get a good nights sleep the night before.
Eat a meal prior and bring a drink to your appointment.

If you have photos or ideas, please bring them along. Your input is encourage.

Am I suitable?

For the most part, yes! Our techniques make it suitable for most clients.

Unfortunately those who are pregnant or breastfeeding are not able to be tattooed.

Also, those under the age of 18.

Anyone who has recently completed a course of chemotherapy and/or radiation. Please consult your doctor to ensure you are ready.
